I am hugely impressed with every aspect of Voipfone

I just wanted to let you know that I am hugely impressed with every aspect of Voipfone.

Your help desk is brilliant.

The sound quality of VOIP calls is excellent.

The Voipfone Control Panel is so easy to use and I still find it amazing that I can have so much control over all aspects of our business phone system, including adding services as we need them.

We are using many of your services and solutions - they all work very well.

Lastly, in terms of value for money I think you provide a great range and quality of solutions and services at a very reasonable price.

All this contrasts very markedly with the provider of our existing Broadband and ISDN2/PABX phone system - simply put, Voipfone wins over them hands down in all the areas.

We researched the VOIP market thoroughly before we went ahead (we had a near miss with another VOIP provider who in my opinion had an aggressive sales approach and we're expensive in comparison).

The first person I spoke with at Voipfone was very honest, very straightforward and in terms of first impressions of your business set a first class standard which you have all sustained.

Well done Voipfone - you make such a refreshing change from the other poor solutions and poor customer service that seem to pervade the market place of suppliers that SMEs are faced with.
