id recommend this product to all....having vitamins within rda(safest range)......n still greatly effective..ive noticed vast improvement in skin texture........ n also in my acne n breakouts..nthin for hairs as yet ..bt i am hopeful..... n ya nails r much harder n longer....m into 2 months of use n its gud enough already......... if skin is d actual area of ur concern.then go for perfectil plus..;)
