I cannot believe that i didnt see any difference in my hair growth at all, after reading the reviews i was expecting miracles,my nails grew a bit quicker but still cracked and broke easily,dont know about skin as i have good skin anyway ,i only bought them for my hair and nails,i only took 2 packets maybe i should have given it another month or so..

it hasn't work for me also - been taking this for 4 months now - cannot see any miracle.
