Thermobol includes a large dose of caffeine combined with metabolic activators like green tea, pepper and cayenne extract. I find that it is a bit more expensive that the competition, but it is worth the money, because (1) it does not make you feel sick and (2) I experience no side effects and (3) the come down is quite mellow. You can use it for any type exercise, running or doing weights. Take just two capsules about 30min ahead of your training (usually I just take one and have a coffee), your tiredness will completely disappear and you will get very itchy feet to get going! You will then have an excellent work out or run. The effect will last about 3 hours or so. Be advised not to take Thermobol in the evening. Do not take more than two capsules and do not take it without working out. Personally, I cannot sleep before midnight if I take it after 7 pm so I always run either in the morning or straight after work (or in fact to and from work). I have taken other pre-workout supplements and found that Thermobol works best for me - it just makes me mentally very sharp and motivated thankfully with zero side effects. And I always have a great workout!
