Mum's loving life again When I was young Mum always used to be very active. I have two brothers and she would run around for us kids and yet always find time to play Tennis and Boules in the park. It was also a big part of her social life. About ten years ago she started to get arthritis.. I think first in her hands, then in her knees and then in her right foot. Eventually it got so bad she couldn't do anything any more. She was constantly in pain. Her GP put her on painkillers, but couldn't do anything to treat the arthritis! So the it got progressively worse, the painkillers stronger.. and I was horrified as I had watch my own mother age at what felt like quadruple speed. I had a look around the internet and came across Pycnogenol or pine bark extract, which is basically the most effective natural treatment for arthritis. Then I had a look for vitamin or supplement products for arthritis with pine bark extract and could only find a few products. Aminoexpert ARTHRO PRO seemed to be the most genuine.
