    No way of getting custom pictures / ringtones on or off your phone except through the expensive "Virgin XL" website which has a pitiful number of items. Virgin deliberately cripple the phones to stop you doing anything useful with them.

    I originally took out a 12 month contract with Virgin & then continued with an 18 month contract.     what you get on the contracts are amazing
    the deals are the best i could find and at 18 months!
    the network is alright. In some places better than others but i havnt hasd any major probelms with it
