    Virgin allows only 30 seconds for you to answer a call and then it diverts the call to voice mail. This is absolutely ridiculous. My call to customer support was answered by a female in Africa. Her accent was just terrible such that there was no way I could understand what she was saying. I tried a ...

    No way of getting custom pictures / ringtones on or off your phone except through the expensive "Virgin XL" website which has a pitiful number of items. Virgin deliberately cripple the phones to stop you doing anything useful with them.
