Very upset about the behaviour of the founder

After applying for a dog on there Facebook page. I got a phone call asking me if I was at a child bearing age. I found this line of question very invasive. After the line of questions I was then told to come and view the dog I'd applied for, on the day of viewing the dog I had a phone call to say they had to rearrange the day without giving new date. I waited 1 week with no contact, I tried contacting the rescue centre and I got a text saying we'll be in contact soon. Another week past and again I contacted to say what was going on. The next message I got was that i'd been unsuccessful with my application, giving reason that where untrue and lies.
I was very confused as the charity had given me an address to come view the dog and told me to get blankets and a lead ready to come and collect the dog. I tried contacting the charity directly as it states on the Charity commission website to contact the charity directly if you have a complaint. (gov.uk)After that I recieved abusive text messages saying I was abusive to them and it was intolerate behaviour and that she would contact the police if I contacted the rescue centre again, followed by another text saying expect a call from the police. (Still waiting for that call). The woman is unprofessional. If anyone applies for a dog here be aware of her sudden changes in character. She'll be nice to you one minute then she'll start acting like a woman possessed. I've rescued a dog before and i'm shocked by a behaviour of this woman. I don't believe that the foster carers have any faults, only the founder of this charity. I pity the dogs.
