Really helpful guy on the end of the phone walked me through all the diffrent bit of the check as the person that is selling the car was taking a private plate off it. Very helpful but would take a further look into the garentee as its not all it seems. It only gives you cover if they have not passed in infomation on about the car not if there is still finance on it. Does not really cover you at all if a finance company has not passed in on.

You give them 4 stars and then coming to conclusion everybody else is here above!! As other very customer sensitive type of businesses (ie. banks, finanance, insurance ) companies are quite strictly observed by watchdogs so it SHOULD start to this company letting you believe easily that you are covered and bla bla bla. Ive lost 9K beacuase of their LOOPHOLES - IMO read misleading innocent people. They should be prosecuted same as people who we pay money for stolen cars leaving us sometimes only with half-life debts.
