they use their company name as backup behind their irrrational decisions. a copart employee drove my car to the collection bay then left the keys inside and they car locked automatically. they insisted it was the fault of the tow truck driver i sent which is utter nonsense. a normal person would have come to the conclusion that it is copart at fault but 'their investigation' total vindicates copart from any fault. terrible customer service.
