I was lucky enough to trail one of these recently and I have to admit, it is really good. Came in bits and I thought it wouldn't be sturdy as it was only put together with 3 screws, but don't be mislead, it is really strong and powerful. I have a long haired GSD and it makes quick work of cleaning up after him. You can raise or lower the height distance from the floor, ideal for when you move around the house from hard wood floors to carpets. It is quite loud but as it does such a good job of cleaning you don't need to keep going over the same spot and the hoovering gets done alot quicker. I particularly like the really long power lead, no need to unplug when moving into another room. The hose will reach easily from the bottom stair to the top without loss of power. I would recommend this hoover to anyone who has a pet and the hairs get everywhere, unlike some hoovers it actually sucks the hairs to the hoover and doesn't blow them away. The turbo tool is excellent on tough embedded hairs, it cleans really well on the furniture sucking out the dust and dog hair with ease. 10/10 for this hoover
