WE THOUGHT THIS IS A GOOD HOOVER UNTILL WE UNPACKED IT THE HOSE WAS KINKED, SO ASKED VAX FOR A REPLACEMENT THE SENT THREE OVER A MONTH PERIOD NONE FITTED, THE PLASTIC HANDLE KEEPS POPPING OUT OF THE TOP WHEN CARRYING IT, THAT IS A BUMMER WHEN ON THE STAIRS,I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOOVER TO MY WORST ENEMY, IT IS CHEAP AND NASTY.
