“Great value & lightweight”

I have had the Vax Air 3 for 2 weeks now and have put it through a thorough testing. I found the vacuum very easy to use, it is light weight, goes under the furniture with ease and turns a corner with a slight twist (I can't believe how this actually makes such a difference to using a vacuum!). The handle is height adjustable so you can have it to what ever height is comfortable for you, It is a very powerful vacuum and sucks up well also easy to empty. I currently live with my 76 year old mother and she is not in the best of health but does try and stay active. Along with myself I have my wife and 3 young kids aged between 9 months and 8 years old. So you can imagine the mess that is created several times a day and a need for constant vacuuming. I can honestly say this is the most powerful and convenient lightweight vacuum I have ever come across. “Slim, Light and Versatile”

The Vax Air3 is one of the best vacuums on the market. It is light,slim and very versatile. The action head moves easily and is great for cornering although this take a bit of time to get used to. It is easy to assemble and small enough to pack away. The best feature is that you can switch the brushes on and off depending on whether you are cleaning hard floors or carpets. “Dissapointing”

I've just recieved this vac via Argos and am utterly gobsmacked at the poor quality and 'flimseyness' of the product. Worse than any other feature are the wheels. I presume my machine has been constructed incorrectly as they simply do not turn! All the accessories feel cheap and pathetic compared to any other machine I've ever used. VAX quality of design & engineering is not what it once was! (read more)
“Lightweight and manouverable”

2 mins to assemble and it was ready to use. its a very light vacumn and i was surprised how easy it is to use. i liked the fact the brush bar only switches on when needed which is great when hoovering the stairs, also impressed how much dust it lifted after having already hoovered with old one just before. very pleased and would recommend to anyone. I've been looking for a lightweight vacuum for ages - I'm nearly 6ft tall and I can't stand the pull along behind you models, but the uprights are either too heavy or don't have enough suction. This fits the bill. It is very manouvreable, has a brush you can turn on and off, and seems to be powerful enough. It has a narrow brush head and you can actually use it on the stairs without having to resort to the tools. It is really easy to assemble and doesn't take up a lot of storage space (read more)

Used the hoover for nearly a week now. Very easy to move and is very compact so easy to store. moves round my carpet very quickly and the pick up is great a lot better than my previous hoover. it is easy to empty as well which is good for not getting dirt everywhere later like the size and ease of movement - so far found nothing bad to comment on (read more)

I really liked the lightweight of this machine it just glided easily with minimum effort others I had used previously were quite heavy and were a bit hard to use on the stairs but this was so lightweight it was great. As this machine is very lightweight this is the perfect choice for people who have health problems or back problems which make lifting a heavy product problematic as it will not be hard to lift or use. I've never bought a standing vaccum cleaner, because I just believe they are too heavy and difficult to manouver around the house. This Vax Air3 has performed beyond my expectations. First, it is so light and easy to carry around, it has been beautifully designed and can be used by anyone of any height and body strength. Second, the brush that works on the carpet is fantastic! “Outstanding Lightweight Cleaner”

The Air3 is the best vacuum cleaner I have had to date. It was easy to assemble, and I was hovering within 10 minutes of its arrival. The function that allows you to adjust the handle height is great, me and my husband are quite tall so have it up to the top, however it’s great to take it back down again for storage. “Vaix Air 3!!!! Fantastic”

Have just received a Vax Air3 to test and have to say it is the best vacuum I have ever had. It is light, so light I think I might even be able to get the kids to use it!! The suction on it is amazing......I always thought my carpets were clean until I saw the muck that came out of the carpets after just one use of the Vax Air3. I TESTED THIS VACUMN CLEANER OUT AND I FOUND THAT IT WAS A POWERFUL CLEANER, AND GOT DEEP DOWN IN PILE ON CARPET. THE VACUMN WAS LIGHT TO CARRY AND USE, AND LIGHT ENOUGH FOR ME TO CARRY UP STAIRS. THIS VACUMN ALSO TWIST AT THE BOTTOM MAKING IT EASIER TO MOVE AROUND FURNITURE. HAS A HEPA FILTER FOR ALLERGYS. I FOUND THAT EMPYING THE DUST CONTAINER EASY AND A GOOD EXPANABLE HOSE.
