Henry looks cute but I've been experiencing minor problems. He doesn't always start up and it has been difficult to clean my house. I've always usually been a huge fan of Henrys so potentially mine could be broken.

You've given poor Henry only THREE stars for something that's not his fault - other than old age perhaps and that is normally manifested by worn motor brushes or drying out bearings.

Henry performs well when fed an UNINTERRUPTED electricity supply, and if he doesn't always start, then there's an intermitttent break in that supply which could be a faulty wall socket, plug, fuse in the plug, lead, motor brushes......quite a number of things.

If you live in the Swansea area, you can bring dear Henry to me for an MOT and you'll only get charged if any parts have to be replaced.
