i love this prodect. it is awsome. the prodect is verry nice and easy to use. it dose a great job on the hard floor. And it also dose a great job on the carpet. the hose is verry long whuch is verry long. i can also clean the whole hose on one plug. pluse it's smile makes it even better. henry dose all of the nasy jobs without complaining. i would HIGHLT recomend this vacuum
