After working in the hire industry for many years the Henry is the best by far so much that I brought one myself. People that have problems keeping the tubes together just need to push them together harder (I have never had a problem with this).People that say he is not powerful enough,it does have bag's that need replacing or it is not put in properly,you MUST use it with a bag. It pick's our white dog hair's up with ease. I have never seen a major problem with this machine (I have been around more of these machines than many other people over the years). Well done Numatic don't change this machine EVER.
