The best vacuum I've had, would recommend this to anyone , had a motor fault after nearly 4 years, got in touch with Miele the vacuum was picked up the next day, fixed with a new bag , serviced and the part garanteed for 12 months, all for the ( I think very reasonable price of £84 pound, oh and for those folk who want to moan about the price of the bags, when you did your homework into. The vacuum, it would have been a good idea to look into the price of the bags also, let's face it if you can afford the thing in the first place, the bags are a small price to pay huh
