I'm new to VOIP and struggled to get things going. The VoiceHost team sorted me out with connection set up etc. I have been using the service for three months now and it has been faultless. I would not describe myself as a "power user" so have not accessed the more advanced features.
I liked the "pay as you go" model, with no contracts. Call rates appear reasonable - it's certainly a major saving over my VirginMedia landline, and cheaper than Skype.
I disliked - nothing!
