I have been using it for several years without major problems. But recently they "quietly" raised the rate substantially without announcement. Also, calls that should be free were cut short ofter for the so-called "fair user policy exceeded." Their customer service is a joke, never reply to my inquiries and complaints. they don't even have a customer service phone number or email that one can reach. I'm definitely leaving it. There are many other options out there to make cheap phone calls, fortunately.

helo my name is dayanand i have been using it for several since 1 year without no any problems but now facing following i have account in voip discount which is user name is mrdayanand 3 days before my account is blocked when i go for open that he say your password is incorrect also i forget my password i trying take my forget password voip discount company will be send password in my E mail ID which is i given when i open the account now my E mail ID also blocked some resin

its number one call option in the world .they dont have no custmer care servise properly and no custmer care phone numer also. dont use anybody this option for calling . i lost my 50 euro last week .......
