I have been a customer of Gradwell's now for 4-5 years and yes they are not problem free but the quality of the service is 5/5, the service and supports is 5*, fault fix time is normally very very fast, though I have 2-3 outstanding issues that are awaiting a fix by the Gradwell Engineers! these faults have been outstanding for a while now... I have ADSL, VOIP and Hosting from them, The ADSL Tab is missing from my Controll pannel, the remaining minutes anoucement at the begining of each call is incorrect and never changes, I am unable to remove a 2nd contact from my account but all in all these are very very minor faults and do not in any way effect the standard of service nor the quality. Their newish Mobile service is excellent as it intergrates into your Controll Pannel and acts like a normal internal extension on you virtual PBX, though you have to pay a very small fee for incoming calls as well as the outgoing, it is small and still works out cheaper than many other Mobile Providers. The mobile service offers the choice of any geographical dialing code IE 01273 then the 6 digit number so any one calling your mobile only pays for a normal local or national call. The hosting os very efficient and reliable, and very good value for money, never had any problems with hosting services nor have I with the email service. I find that Gradwell meets all of my comms needs and I give them A1 status and 5*'s please Gradwell keep this up and please add more and more features. Glen
