I have never had the misfortune of dealing with a company as incompetent as Tyre giant. To say they have been supplying tyres to the trade, "Garages" for the last 40 years, their service, their knowledge and everything else about the whole affair was absolutely diabolical. I will definitely Never use or recommend this two bit firm again. (read more)

Ordered two tyres from Tyregiant for a fully fitted price but was charged extra by their fitter for balancing. All calls and e-mails to Tyregiant for a refund of the difference have been ignored and their website does not carry a postal address. (read more)

“Good price but can't deliver”

Excellent prices from Tyre Giant, so booked online and got confirmation back of order and time of fitting by email. Then received a telephone call the night before the day of fitting to say that they could not supply the tyres and had cancelled my order. When asked when they would be able to supply the tyres they said they had no idea. However, went directly to the fitter who had been nominated to do the work and he said the tyres were available and even agreed to do it at the same price... (read more)

“Fitted in Winsford”

Ordered 4 tyres mid-afternoon on a Friday, they were delivered to the workshop (and could have been fitted) on Saturday. I arrive at the allocated hour on the Monday and 4 tyres fitted in 3/4 hour. Respectable waiting area provided or 5 minute walk and there are a couple of places for coffee. Price as the best I could find on the net too. Did exactly what it needed to. (read more)

We ordered through Tyre Giant for the first time and have nothing but praise for the service. We elected to have our tyres fitted by HiQ of Redditch and Brad the manager could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We were his first Tyre Giant customers. We would have no hesitation in recommending this service to any of our family or friends. (read more)
