    How lovely is this Twinings Chai tea? It's just fabulous. Proper tea-tasting tea but with a bit of spice for good measure.

    Twinings Assam is a refreshing lighter Assam, not as full bodied or malty as others. Probably good for a mid-day tea. but not very complex it's just not quite there flavor-wise.. Think a lager instead of an ale.

    Twinings Assam tastes like 'normal' tea - it's not funny flavoured like lapsang souchong or Earl Grey. It tastes like Tetley. That's meant as a compliment. Nothing like PG tips.     I bought a package of Twinings' Earl Grey Tea at Walmart in Renfrew Ontario Canada and it was not Earl Grey in the package, it is a regular black tea.
