I brought this Smeg tumble dryer and within two days it was not working properly, struggled to get hold of an engineer for 2 weeks which meant I could not dry any clothes!!!! When the engineer finally came out he thought there was no problem with it and went away. On that day still had the same problem so called SMEG customer services who were not really interested!!
