“Great idea that does not work”

Hi, this dryer has a fab idea with the water collection unit on the door. You can see how much water is in the tank, it is easy to pick up and empty the water out, it also of reminds you to empty the tank and you do not get back issues bending down to the tank like on other dryers. However: The tank on the door has given us problems. After a month of use I noticed water on the bottom of the door and on to the floor.
