Read every piece of every direction, filled out all the information, CHECKED IT TWICE! Long wait for pants. Arrived and the rise was all wrong. Fits so bad they can not be used. Emailed customer service - no response. Stay away! Oh, on earlier correspondence related to address change, customer service emails were barely legible, as the language barrier is severe.

I had the same problem they actually got 2 measurements wrong.... the inseam was so short they can be worn as capri's... I was emailing with Pearl and she did nothing for me said that it was my fault i measured incorrectly...AND I DID NOT!!! she will not answer my emails now.... They are horrible i would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL..... BAD BAD SERVICE
