I purchased a suit which ended up costing upwards of $300. I got measurements professionally done and had them follow exactly to specifications. The suit came and it was skin tight, buckled strangely in front and could barely breath in it. I was really letdown and proceeded to contact the company, have sent 5 emails, received auto-response confirmations but never once received a reply. My emails were calm, respectful, and emphasized that I was willing to make a compromise. Worst experience with retail ever.
