“Don't order from them”

I ordered jeans from them last year and they were great. This time I ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of jeans, providing measurements of course. The shorts fit fine, the jeans are 1 inch too small in the thigh, 1/2 inch too small in the waist and hip. Certainly not made to the measurements I provided. Too bad, I loved the first pair. I have sent 4 emails with only an automated response with no other contact.
