Don't rely on it.

Staff at the post office very helpfull setting up two cards but it was not a resounding success in Africa as after several days of use had some 'card declined' 'too many incorrect pin tries' at hotels. Could have been embarrassing. Did not let card out of sight during transactions so do not know why. Lucky we had credit cards and other cash so the belt and braces method is still recommended. That said it iseemed better than some of the other cards on offer and the balance was still there when we got to a trusted log-on at home. Fraud is a big problem these days but I why it is so difficult and expensive to make contact with any of these card issuers and report difficulties? It just adds to the stress
