Rubbish no balance unless you have app then the balance never correct although it reads includes all transactions made to date.

very annoyed that balances from the old card don't go onto new card. You have to re-apply for a new card and produce new ID then put another £50 on to start it up then have to phone to get old balance transferred to new card. What a performance same e-mail address but cannot transfer old balance onto a new card.
Once spent wont be using again.
