It is a complete rip off, not a trustworthy organisation.
They gave us a rate of 1.07 when market rate was 1.17 (halifax credit card)

Just directly use ur credit card in europe. post office travel card is rubbish.

If you didn't like the rate why did you continue to take out the card and complain? Just use your credit card then
