After activating my card I travelled to South Africa on holiday. The card has been refused everywhere I presented it. When I've contacted Royal Mail support, the 16 digit long number on the card isn't even recognised. I'm stranded in Cape Town without money and they aim to get back to me within 7 working days.
Brilliant!!
Never trust Royal Mail. They're an absolute disgrace.
