Do not bother with this card.

Having used this card a couple of times in Portugal I tried to use it in Belgium, couldn't use it at petrol station as they aren't online. I have asked to have the balance refunded, to do this I have to wait 15 days before I get a letter which I have to take to a Post Office with ID to receive cash refund. Come on PO join the 21st Century, why can't you refund back to the registered debit card I used to top it up in the first place! The app is a nightmare, the cookie policy keeps appearing out of nowhere and makes topping up impossible.
