I was offered this card in a post office where the cashier check my driving licence. Then I have put into 120 euros and been told I can use this card on my holiday. Week after I have went on Lanzarote and couldn't use card. I@ve rang to customer service and been told that I have to sent copy of passport na d driving licence. Then next person call me trough and said I have to sent bank statment, so I did but mark whats on account. Another phone call regarding bank statment seying that I can't mark anything on in so need sent another one.
Never ever again. Waste time and money.

We used this on a trip to Europe and hit a different problem to Adelaide. The card worked OK with the cash I preloaded before the trip. But I also planned to top it up while travelling. For this to work, you need to take your other account card with you as well, but nobody said that. So I was completely stumped the first time I tried to top up (in Venice) and discovered I needed my debit card's CVC number... which I hadn't brought with me! Almost made the card useless and we ended up using a credit card for cash. Expensive - but just lucky we'd brought that or would have been completely stuck.
