My money stolen by Post Office Temple Quay Bristol.

My partner has £500 stuck on old type visa Travel Money Card. He lost activation key so could not use. He go so frustrated with talking to the PO on the telephone that he gave up. He asked me to write to them last year. I did, in October 2013 and November 2013.I sent the November one special delivery. I have not heard a word, despite trying to get a telephone number for them at Temple Quay Bristol. It appears that they are untouchable. No phones. Have you ever heard of a business without a telephone number. Just what do the people in Temple Quay do for their wages. They have not ever replied to my letters, which were in my partners name, his address and his signature, which they would have had when he applied for the card.

They have stolen his money. How can I get help to get that money back.
