“STRANDED ABROAD UNABLE TO ACCESS OUR OWN MONEY”

Our post office travel card wouldn't work abroad and after £50 worth of mobile calls the post office agreed to transfer money back to our bank account that day. 10 days later and still no sign of our own money. Now being told it could take 15 days and that we'll be charged £21 for the transfer. Have used thomas cook cards in past and never had a problem. PO were offering decent rate so went with them - huge mistake!!!!!
