Folks I am not here to rubbish the post office. The staff at my local office are superb. HOWEVER I promise you avoid this product at all costs. I got my card at the post office on production of my passport. Tried to register it online later. They claimed they could not identify me. Though they took the money from my debit card? (I am on the electoral role, poll tax, bank accounts etc etc) Never had a problem before. At their request emailed copies of driving licence/passport and cash card. In excess of 20 calls later they still can't/won't resolve the matter. I am in the fortunate position that I have other revenue access, but would hate to think of people stuck on holiday with no cash whilst this lot 'fixed' the problem. In short: They don't. They still have my money £750, and still no sign of resolution. For your own sakes folks. DON'T DO IT.
