“Cannot top up money card from abroad”

We tried to top up money card for our son. The Post Office Counter services did not know what or how to do this. The telephone service could no do this. I was then told to go back to Post Office the following day and ask them to top up card. If they would not to phone the main call centre again at the Post Office.

I was sold the card as convenient and best thing since sliced bread. BUT I wish I had not bothered.

DO NOT BUY THIS
