I have used this travel insurance company for my trip to Portugal. Upon my bag being broken into by the baggage handlers for an airline I reported this to this travel insurance company which took over 40 mins to get to speak to an advisor. The amount of information that is requested in unbelievable to submit a claim and it was a good job that i obtained a police report as the agent was vague as to what was required once i get back to the uk. The police report cost me 12 euros also which travelInsurance refused to pay out on . The took well in excess of 3 months to finalise which included constantly chasing them up to see if they had recieved my details and general updates. They may be cheap to take policy out but there is no service to look forward to if ever you need them
