Had our backpack stolen in Barcelona with 5 passports, money, car key, laptop, camera, phone, electronics and other belongings. Emergency passports cost about 105 pounds each, car key 235 pounds, etc, so it was a lot of money. Was worried that some policies say they only cover passports and money if carried on your person or in locked accommodation or safe. Tesco paid for everything after applying policy excesses and limits, so it's the best we could wish for, and I'm glad we had used them.
The claim handler was helpful and courteous and processed our claim within 1.5 week of receiving it.
