Staysure Travel Insurance www.staysure.co.uk Review

I've just had a 20 minute phone call to Staysure to get single-trip travel insurance and am more than happy to recommend the company especially the employee on the other end of the phone. He was consistently courteous and never patronising as we went through endless details of medical conditions. He didn't get annoyed when I corrected his pronunciation of "Tajikistan" or when I asked he if he was over 35! (He's in his 60s). I was cheated of £7,500 over the phone at Christmas and am very wary of financial transactions conducted by phone. His voice was reassuring and we made jokes. He had my details ready because the system recognised my home phone number. I felt so at ease with his pleasant gentle manner and would like to recommend him for TeleOperator of the Year. I wasn't pressurised into buying insurance I didn't want or couldn't afford but was made aware of all my options so that I didn't bother to shop around for a cheaper provider. He gave me his name so that if I want to opt for more than single-trip cover within the next 14 days I can ask for him and he'll be contacted by e-mail to phone me back. Excellent service!I'm a 61 year-old semi-retired teacher with 2 degrees (one from Cambridge). Hurray for Staysure employing the over-60s!
