I just bought Annual Multitrip travel insurance with pre existing medical conditions over the phone. Brian who took my details was very helpful and thorough and answered all my questions also. I decided to insure with Staysure as they are mentioned on Martin Lewis Money Expert website and TV and seem to have been reviewed by Which magazine and some newspapers. I have complete confidence that my needs have been met. Although not the cheapest quote, certainly not the most expensive either but I'm paying for security in the fact this company is not a new one and underwritten by ERV. I am looking forward to my holiday and peace of mind. I obviously cannot comment on personal claims experience and hopefully I won't ever have to but I am happy with the service so far given.
