“They dont listen”

After calling staysure iwas sent the policy via emaial,on reading the policy there was nothing about my wifes illness that had been explained to the operator and it stated she had none.
I rang the company back and explained what had happened I was told that he had not charged for her illness and there would be extra to pay I said I would not pay any extra an would like to cancel and have my money back,
the operator agreed and said it would take 3 days to return the money to my account.
On checking my bank account the money had still not been repayed 10 days later,when I rang the company back they said they were sorry but the policy had not been cancelled and they would do so straight away and return my money in 3 to 5 days?
I would not recommend this company to anyone as they just do not listen.
