Having paid for renewing my holiday insurance, I noted that despite declaring existing conditions they were not shown on my certificate.
I e mailed customer services and the following evening I received a telephone call telling me that my existing conditions had NOT been included because they had not declared. I KNOW that I declared them and the excuse that I was given for them not being declared/shown on the policy was because I had done it on the web. The caller could tell me my previous conditions so why could the web not?. I was then given the option to pay more money or cancel. As I need insurance I had no option to pay the extra money. I am one non to happy customer.
