Have heart disease/failure used staysure since Nov 2012 thought thing were going well this years quoate for a years European cover ,May - July 2015 was around 200 pounds ,been having some dull chest pain so told staysure informed me it would cost another 200 pounds ,coughed up ,was admitted to hosp on Fri night with tingling on my ICD site ,discharged next day ,nothing to worry about ,informed staysure about hosp visit ,advisor told me no problems as no treatment was given ,,great I thought ,then a phone call from staysure saying they didn't know I HAD A icd ,THEY WERE TOLD ,and as I had a irregular hearbeat the underwriters wouldn't cover me ,so basically on my past 6 trips abroad in the last 16 months ive not been insured due to their incompetence, depending on what advisor you speak to they interpit your answers differently stay clear ,theres cheaper companies out there

contacted customer services and the customer service manager phoned me back then asked what I wanted them to do ,not a very professional response from staysure
