I bought their "Classic Annual Multi-Trip" insurance and on our last trip to Europe, my wife developed really bad back pain with which she went to a hospital A&E (for which we had to pay a small amount) and was then treated (successfully) by an Osteopath. The treatment wasn't expensive, so this is a small claim but I can say that the member of staff at the call centre I talked to was very friendly and helpful and our claim was processed quickly and we received the full amount minus the access we have to pay. Very satisfied so far!
