This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They took over 7 weeks to deal with a claim that I made after getting robbed on holiday. They are impossible to get hold of because you call the claims line, wait in a queue for 5 mins, then someone answers and tells you that no agents are available and they will get someone to call you back within 48 hours!!! which they then don't do anyway!!!! (this happened both times I tried to call them).
when they did settle my claim it was for less than I thought with no explanation for how they came to the figure they came to, but I cannot be bothered to go through the marathon needed to call them about it.
I have never come across such terrible customer service and will never use them again.
