I had the misfortune to break a bone in my leg whilst on holiday a couple of months ago.
Insure & Go are horrendous to deal with.They never told us which hospital to use so I ended at the wrong one & had to discharge myself after treatment, pay a bill before going through the same procedure again at the right hospital!
Nearly every phone call made to them where they needed to call me back, never happened. Even when still abroad they were meant to call me about various queries but never did, so I had to ring them at my expense!
The would not repay my phone calls apart from the initial one to report my accident!
Since getting back to the UK the claim has taken a couple of months to be settled. I have made at least 20 calls to them & only had 2 phone calls back. They are an absolute nightmare.
Fortunately my claim has now been settled but I am going to try to get some money from them for the phone calls, simply because had they rung me back it would not have cost me to keep calling them!
