Good - my claim was dealt with quickly and easily. Really nice people on the phone, from Travel Claims Plymouth, who deal with Flexicover claims. The forms were sent promptly, and claim processed efficiently.
Bad - no money arrived for a month. I rang and emailed several times, to be told it was a glitch, and would be sorted. Nobody ever contacted me, even to tell me the money had eventually been paid. But, I would use them again, they were helpful and sympathetic, and the premium was very reasonable. Well, cheap actually!
