“DO NOT USE - terrible customer service”

DO not use Columbus Direct. They automatically renewed my policy (charging my credit card more than £200 without my authorisation) after I specifically asked them the previous year to opt out of automatic renewals. Then, at my expense, I needed to call them to ask for a refund and the staff were not apologetic or sympathetic. They are after your money and do not care how they get it.
