I used Atlas Direct for travel insurance whilst on a holiday to Las Vegas. Unfortunately I experienced a health problem and required to attend hospital. No NHS !!! I simply provided insurance details to the hospital - no upfront charges. Atlas direct promptly dealt with my claim via online claim form and a few telephone calls on my return to UK. No hassle whatsoever.
