We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sal, Cape Verde. We stayed at the Riu Palace Hotel and cannot praise the accommodation, the staff enough, and that is before I mention the food. The most amazing food was there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend it and will go back as soon as I can. There was entertainment every evening and live music most nights in the lobby bar. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
